SUMMARY:

The year is 2020. Advanced scientists have created a new kind of testing as an alternative to the cruel animal tests people have protested for so long. This alternative? HUMAN testing. In an advanced, top-secret laboratory, scientists have created what citizens call "The Dome."
 For placement, you are shrunk to a miniature version of yourself, then placed on a miniature planet Earth, housed inside a glass dome. It is not populated with any humans-except the chosen ones.
To be placed in the dome is not something you can control-selections are completely random and, for the subject selected, will often have disastrous consequences. When 16 year old Destiny is selected for placement, her world is flipped upside down, and as she begins life in the Dome, she learns that everything is not what it appears to be at first glance.
